Stringent process control system adopted in aircraft manufacture
Jangsaeng Doraji Co. maintains an advanced process control applied to aircraft manufacturing based on ISO 22000 international food safety standards, a reflection of the company’s strict commitment for quality and sanitation control.
All processes running to produce food for humans should be thoroughly designed and stringently controlled just like an aircraft manufacturing where one small flaw could kill thousands. Aware of such, we are dedicated to near-to-perfect process control that is above and beyond general work standards.
“Process control record,” which instructs all work processes in order, is issued before starting the production process. Workers are required to follow instructions, keep record of production on a real-time basis, and acquire inspector’s confirmation (seal) for key items before moving into the next process step.
A tool that keeps product quality at a consistent level set by the designer is in place to minimize error that may occur if a worker is not in a good condition or with other reason. Also, ingredients used in the production, date/hour, name of worker, and other key information are recorded and accessed whenever necessary to track production history.
Furthermore, this prevents mixing intermediary products during production stage that may affect the final products, which is a serious mistake caused as a result of not exactly knowing where intermediary products are in terms of production stage.

Thorough and rigorous sanitation control system
Sanitary work environment
The entire production area is built in a closed structure and workers who satisfy all sanitation requirements take different routes from those who do not meet the requirements.
In particular, the process that handles ingredients and process in which unpackaged half-finished products are let open are performed in an especially closed zone. Packaging process, which is vulnerable to dusts, is divided into pretreatment room and final packaging room.
Sanitation design of process
All elements of production, including equipment and facilities are placed with sanitation and safety in mind. A transportation device furnished with a sanitary pipeline and detector is mounted to the extraction tank and packaging machine to ensure that all processes are completed in a closed condition until products are packed. By keeping exposure to minimum, this essentially keeps away all factors that can undermine sanitation.
Each and every process stage at Jangsaeng Doraji Co. is designed with perspective and priority into quality and sanitation.
